We contacted Chris to sell our home in Santa Fe, TN which had been on the market twice before with no luck. Chris came out to look at our property and was so kind and friendly. He was honest with us and let us know what he thought the property would sell for. He went out of his way when showing the home to make sure that we had time to get it ready and he would even go out when it was not him showing it to make sure our dogs were put outside and let back in when the lookers left. I have nothing bad to say about Chris' ability as a realtor. He sold our house within several months when other realtors could not, and helped us find our dream home exactly where we wanted to be. You cannot go wrong using Towne Creek Realty and Chris Thompson.

It was obvious from the very first appointment that Chris was extremely knowledgeable and a seasoned real estate professional. We really appreciated his honesty and how he helped us prioritize what repairs we needed to add to our to-do list. Once we were ready to list, Chris sent his amazing photographer to our house. I truly believe those pictures played a key role in selling our home. We started getting inquiries immediately and sold our house in just 24 hours! We were shocked to learn we had seven offers, most were OVER asking price. Chris stayed on the phone with us until 10 pm that night, talking us through the offers. He broke it down simply and created a chart for us to easily compare our options.
